It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Sylvia Scholz on October 28, 2016 at the age of 80 after a lengthy battle with Dementia.
She is predeceased by her parents Tony and Sophie Flasher, sister Angela(Bill), and niece Christine.
She leaves to mourn husband Hans, children Judy (Paul), Cookie, Michael (Carol), and Kim(Harry); grandchildren Chad, Kirby, Cory, Daniel, Lyndsie (Dave), Mandi(David), Sandi and Christopher; great-grandchildren Adison, Quinton, Wyatt, Liam, and Nerisa.
Sylvia was a wonderful woman who will always be remembered for her pleasant friendliness, good sense of humour and her talents in the kitchen. She will be greatly missed.
Sylvia’s family would like to thank Meadowood Manor for their care and kindness over the past several weeks as well as a special thank you to Seven Oaks Hospital (3, Unit 11).
A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at 10:00 am at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street,
