She was born on October 10, 1923 in Hazelridge, Manitoba. She was an active member of the Catholic Women’s League at St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church. She may have been Apple’s oldest customer when she bought her IPad in June so she could facetime with the family.
Carole, Donna, and Jim would like to thank Sophie’s nieces and nephews, her good friends from Church, her kind neighbors, and staff at Tache Nursing Home who helped and supported her in her later years.
She will be missed. Mom, we love you so much. We thank you for all that you have done for us. We know you are with God and know you will be looking down on us.
Prayers will be said on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at 7:00 pm at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street, West St. Paul.
