<div itemprop="description">Madeleine went to the arms of her Lord at Tudor House.<br><br>Our mother, Madeleine Mueller (nee Pageot), was born in Vallet, France on the 28th of November in 1924 to Madeleine and François Pageot. She came to Canada in March 1951 to marry her beloved husband Edward Mueller. <br><br>She had three children; Elisabeth Flett of Selkirk, Wilfred Mueller of Vancouver Island, and Alfred Mueller of East Selkirk. She leaves to mourn Elisabeth (Bill), Wilfred (Joanne), Alfred (Donna); and her grandchildren Lisa (Jeff Johnson); Steven Mueller; Stephanie Mueller (Jason Ward); Selina Mueller (Rob Prisner); as well as her great-grandchildren Kole, Kayla, and Kassidy Johnson, Elise Ward, Cooper Mueller, Ava Law, brothers Francois (Jocelyne) Pageot of Winnipeg, Louis (Nicole) Pageot of France with extended family, nephews Georges and Denis Pageot and great nephew Sabastien Pageot of Winnipeg.<br><br>She was predeceased by her father in 1971, her mother in 1981, her husband in 1982, and her brother Jacques Pageot in France.<br><br>She accepted the Lord in 1954 and was baptized in 1955 at the Elmwood Mennonite Brethren Church in Winnipeg where she was still a member to this day. She moved to East Selkirk in 1975 where she volunteered with the churches of Selkirk; Bethel Chapel, New Life Community Church, and Christ Church. She was also involved in the community ministry. <br><br>When living in Transcona, she worked with the Children’s Aid Society for 28 years, helping to care for 23 foster children. Since her husband’s passing, she would spend most of her time volunteering at the Gordon Howard Senior Centre.<br><br>The family wishes to thank the staff of Tudor House for their care and support.<br><br>To celebrate Madeleine’s life, a funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street, West St. Paul, MB. Viewing will take place 30 minutes prior. Pastor Brad Elliott officiating. Interment to follow.<br><br>Active pallbearers are Jeff Johnson, Kole Johnson, Denis Pageot, George Pageot, Rick Law, and David Schmidt.<br><br>In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Gideon, the Bible Society, or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.<br><br></div>
